ABOUT E320 CONSULTING
Our Mission
E320 Consulting exists to equip educators, leaders, and learning communities with purpose-driven literacy tools that strengthen instruction, affirm identity, and cultivate joyful, meaningful learning. We partner with schools, districts, and organizations to translate research into practice and help educators do more than they can imagine—together.
Our Vision
We envision classrooms and communities where literacy is not merely a skill to be mastered, but a pathway to identity, intellect, criticality, and joy. E320 works toward an educational landscape where teachers are supported, students are seen, and learning environments are grounded in excellence, equity, and hope.
Our Philosophy
At E320, we believe literacy is foundational to freedom—intellectual, personal, and collective. Effective teaching honors both the science of learning and the humanity of learners. Our work is rooted in research-based practice, culturally responsive pedagogy, and deep respect for educators as professionals and change agents.
We approach every partnership with clarity, care, and conviction—supporting sustainable systems, strengthening instructional capacity, and centering joy as a vital component of meaningful learning.
